How do i use Documents Enclosed Wallets?
Using our documents enclosed envelopes is straightforward and can greatly enhance the security and organisation of your shipping documents.
Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you use these wallets:
- Prepare Your Documents: Gather all necessary shipping documents, such as invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading. Ensure they are correctly filled out and organised.
- Choose the Right Size Wallet: Select a documents enclosed wallet that fits your documents. Our wallets come in various sizes, so pick one that accommodates your paperwork without excessive folding or cramming.
- Insert the Documents: Place your documents inside the wallet, ensuring the most important document is facing outward for easy visibility.
- Seal the Wallet: Once the documents are inside, seal the wallet securely. Our document envelopes feature a convenient peel and seal adhesive strip on the top flap, remove the protective strip and press the flap down to seal.
